Ordering
The products offered on shinikei.com are in stock and are available for purchase unless otherwise stated on special or limited releases. Over-sales of products do occur from time to time. During this period, orders are processed in the order in which they are received. It is important to NOTE that items in your shopping cart are not reserved. For an order to be processed, payment must be accepted, and the order must be available.
Shipping
After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number and instructions for tracking it.
PLEASE NOTE: Give the tracking number 24-48 hours to update.
Returns & Exchanges
Refunds or exchanges are not available for any product purchased from shinikei.com. Therefore, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
